COVID-19 WORKSHOP PROTOCOLS:

PLEASE WEAR A MASK.

Per Oregon State Health Authority, face covering or masks are required for people age 5 and older inside the Santiam SnoLab Facility.  Oregon Health Authority now recommends wearing a face covering/mask instead of a face shield except in limited situations such as talking to someone who is deaf or hard of hearing and needs to read lips to communicate.

KEEP YOUR HANDS CLEAN.

Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. We have a sink in our design room. We also have hand sanitizer available through out the shop.

LIMITED CAPACITY.

SnoLab will not take on more than 4 participants at a time.

AIR QUALITY.

Inside the SnoLab facility we have 4 Air Filtration Units dispersed throughout the space. SnoLab is about 500 square feet and each unit operates at 1044 CFM. This equates to the air through out the shop being filtered and recirculated every minute.  Filters are disinfected, cleaned and replaced on a regular basis.

CLEAN & DISINFECT.

The SnoLab crew does a daily shop clean which included disinfecting work tables, tools used that day, door handles, eyewear/earwear, and other commonly touches surfaces.

MONITOR YOUR HEALTH.

IF YOU ARE NOT FEELING WELL PRIOR TO YOUR WORKSHOP, PLEASE LET US KNOW AND WE’LL BE HAPPY TO RESCHEDULE YOUR WORKSHOP.
